At Heritage, the customer is always the focus. Of course, over the years, we have accumulated many designs and patterns that we call our own, but because every business has it’s own promotional criteria most of our customers prefer to work with us to provide a unique solution.

Our design team and sample producers are some of the most experienced within the industry and can usually exceed most peoples expectation.

Although we do use a number of computerised machines to aid our production processes, the emphasis is still on the traditional leatherworking skills used for generations, and our staff are handpicked with this in mind; in our experience the finery of a product made in Real Leather together with the ‘personal touch’ is always the best combination.

The leathers that we use for the majority of our products are sourced primarily from the UK and Europe and represent a cross-section of some of the best materials available: they range from a high-quality Finecell split leather which we use for volume production, through a number of full and corrected-grain Italian hides and fine calf leathers, to real reptile skins for the ultimate luxury. We also offer vegan alternatives in microfibre and PU based materials.

As you would expect, corporate branding is available on all of our products. We offer the traditional high profile hot-foil embossing, and we also specialise in the latest trend of deep blind embossing to give a ‘burnished’ look for the more subtle approach. For the customers that particularly require screen-printing on their products we can, of course, oblige.
